About The Role
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving and attention to detail are key? We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless pre-travel experience. This role is all about effective communication, timely resolution of queries, and building brand trust through exceptional service.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Customer Support Excellence: Respond to inbound customer queries via email and telephone, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
* Itinerary & Booking Management: Provide clear and precise information about bookings, itineraries, and company policies.
* Seamless Documentation: Ensure all customers receive the correct documentation promptly through automation.
* Supplier Coordination: Work alongside booking fulfilment teams to obtain written confirmation from suppliers.
* Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer queries efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Finance) to resolve customer concerns and enhance the overall experience.
* Going the Extra Yard: Embody our company values in all interactions, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
* Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
* Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM software and customer support platforms is preferred.
* Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Problem-Solver: A proactive approach to resolving issues with confidence and efficiency.
* Empathetic & Friendly: A customer-first mindset with a personable and professional demeanour.
* Golf Enthusiast (Bonus!): Knowledge of golf is a plus but not essential.
