We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive/Sales Coordinator to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to sales, with experience in utilizing CRM software to identify/manage leads and track progress.
Responsibilities
* Create opportunities within the existing customer base by developing relationships with new prospects.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
* Manage opportunities from qualification through the proposal stage to close.
* Engage with customers via phone, online meetings, and site visits.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients using a consultative approach to ensure you understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, obtaining the relevant information for contractual renewal dates or prospective services.
* Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
* Support the Sales team with general administrative and customer services.
* Make high volume outbound calls to achieve KPIs and build a 'pipeline' for success, self-generating opportunities for sales.
* Generate and organize qualified leads/appointments.
Experience
* Proven experience in a sales support function, wanting to progress into a business development/sales role.
* Good IT skills required.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
