We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sign Maker / Installer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with previous hands-on experience in a practical environment while further developing their skills in design, manufacture and installation processes.
The ideal candidate will support the Management team in day-to-day operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Processing new customer enquiries and data loading into the company's customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Speaking with new and existing customers in person and on the phone. A professional and confident phone manner is therefore essential
* Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers in line with specific job requirements
* Learning how to operate the printing machinery to eventually operate unaided
* Traveling to customers for product drop-offs and installations
* Producing invoices and sending for payments as well as following up with outstanding payments
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience working with rip software, printers, plotters and laminators
* Previous decal install experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Good level of computer literacy and proficient with Microsoft programs
* Ability to organise multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Problem solving and analytical thinking
