We are looking for someone to oversee the operational auditing of services and contracts across the Trust. The successful candidate will be expected to travel nationally in order to maintain the Trusts working relationships and provide support for local offices. This role is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

Location: Coventry, CV3 3GU (Hybrid working with national travel)
Salary: £32,666 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Working Days: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

The Role - Your main duties will include:
Being responsible for the operational auditing of services and contracts across the Trust.
Continuously refining operational processes to enhance service quality and delivery.
Communicating the findings of an operational audit via written reports and oral presentations to internal management teams.
Making recommendations to improve or strengthen internal controls across the Trust.
Representing teams/management during operational audit meetings.
Participating in the continuous improvement of audit processes and procedures.
Leading the internal audit when developing an annual Internal Audit Plan.
Auditing the Trusts policies and procedures and keep an up to date register of these.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications - We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
GCSE grade 4 or above in English and Maths or equivalent grade
Experience of delivering audits previously.
Experience of working with a company database.
Experience of successfully working in a team with the ability to work in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience of delivering presentations both written and verbally of audit findings.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Good attention to detail
Intermediate level Excel skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Willingness to travel to services across the Country.
Would be desirable to have an ability to analyse and question written and verbal reports on financial, audit and risk management activities
Would be desirable if you held a full UK driving license (travel will be expensed)
