Role Overview:
The Machining Administrator will provide administrative support to the Machining team which includes creating and maintaining the Machining operator database and will focus on Machine Shop efficiency.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…
* Daily analysis of data to identify errors and areas to improve
* Developing zonal reports by machine and providing to relevant stakeholders to support departmental meetings
* Continuous liaison with management team and cross-functional departments
* Working with HR on the management of people issues, such as sickness absence
* Departmental administration of the time & attendance system, updating personnel records and coordinating induction and onboarding processes.
Your previous experience is likely to include….
* Working on projects
* Working within a cross-functional administration department
* Working within a production environment
* Maintaining databases, input and manipulation of data
