Business support and administration recruitment desk opportunity in Croydon!
Location: Croydon (4 days in the office and 1 working from home after a period of training)

3. Candidate Sourcing: Source and assess suitable candidates for vacancies, ensuring a perfect match between talent and opportunity.
4. Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
5. Performance Metrics: Work towards targets and KPIs, driving results and maintaining quality standards.
