Job Description
* Oversee the management and coordination of all financial activities of the company.
* Participate in planning and forecasting across the business.
* Develop and build upon established accounting practices ad-hoc.
* Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, management accounts and management information.
* Work with the leadership team to define performance measures that support the company's strategic direction.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for this role should have:
* A solid background in finance and ideally in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
* Extensive understanding of financial trends within the general market.
* Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
