We are looking to recruit a part-time Service Support Officer working in a job share partnership for 18.5 hours a week.
Working days will be Thursday, Friday, and every other Wednesday.
Please note, this post is office-based working from the Civic Centre within the Children and Families Service Support department.
The successful candidate will join a well-established management team.
The ideal candidate needs to be self-motivated, enthusiastic, pro-active, and a resourceful individual.
Responsibilities:
1. Supporting and supervising Team Coordinators
2. Assisting Conference and Panel Coordinators
3. Supporting Children's Resource Officers
4. Providing Management Team Support
5. Offering Team Support
The Service Support team is integral to the running of the CAFs service, supporting and carrying out some statutory and business-critical processes to ensure the smooth operation of the directorate.
