Estates and Facilities Management at Loughborough University is seeking an enthusiastic and friendly team player to join as a Business Support Administrator (Finance). This role offers dynamic working arrangements, with a minimum of three days on campus and the potential for two days at home, subject to line manager approval.
About the organization:
Estates and Facilities Management manages the development, maintenance, and operation of the University’s campuses in Loughborough and London, delivering a range of services including property management, sustainability initiatives, and support services such as HR, finance, and customer reception.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative support with a focus on finance-related tasks
* Utilizing IT skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook effectively
* Supporting procurement processes, with familiarity in systems like Agresso and TUCO Procure Wizard being advantageous but not essential
Candidate requirements:
* Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Highly organized with strong numeracy and meticulous attention to detail
* Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and flexibly
