What you will be doing…
You’ll be working with a warm, friendly team based within one of our Residential locations to deliver individualised care plans to the people we support. You will be supporting individuals within their home environment and when accessing the local community, along with daily activities, appointments and personal care needs.

18. Sleep ins: Some of our locations require staff to undertake sleep-in duties to which you will receive an additional payment per sleep in.
19. Overtime pay: Overtime is available at an additional £1.20 per hour during weekdays or £2.00 per hour during weekends on top of your hourly rate of pay.
Hours of work...
Within our Residential Services, our core hours are 35 hrs per week, with a shift pattern comprising of 7.30 am - 4.15 pm and 4 pm - 10.30 pm. There are opportunities to increase contracted hours subject to the needs of the service.
Our ideal candidate will be patient, inspiring and sensitive to the needs of vulnerable people. They should have the ability to motivate others and a passion to provide high-quality support and care.
