We need a permanent, part-time, Social Worker to work across Lancashire as part of our Adult Services Safeguarding Adults Service. You will lead and coordinate Safeguarding Enquires working within a specialist team, which is fast paced and highly supportive. This is a hugely diverse role, working with a range of different people aged 18 or over (with care and support needs) who are at risk of, or experiencing abuse or neglect. As part of this role, you will make Safeguarding Personal, ensuring the person or their representative is actively involved and empowered throughout the enquiry, whilst working in a strengths-based way to reduce risks and achieve desired outcomes.
