Skills and Experience Proven experience in account management, within the public sector working for an MSP Strong understanding of the public sector landscape and its unique challenges.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, results-driven approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
