They work alongside a very high-end client list including, but not limited to, Prada, Miu Miu, Valentino, Church’s, Marchesi, Dior, Bottega Venetta, Loewe, Alaia, Selfridges and Harrods. Please see duties and responsibilities required: Meeting with top management and clients to identify project requirement, delivery timelines and costs. Developing detailed project schedules to guide clients, project team, subcontractors and revising them based on changing of needs and requirements. Coordinate project resources, activities, and subcontractors Manage labour on various projects Monitoring project performance to ensure delivery according to approved schedules and reporting to senior management ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, company policies and mall policies and procedures. Knowledge of project management software tools such as: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, AutoCAD, MS Project. Producing project documentation, including project progress reports, accident reports, RAMS, O&Ms. Skills required: Good communication skills To be able to works under pressure Adaptable Proactive and organised Essential qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid Desirable: Experience of the construction industry in general Italian language
