Property Management Administrator | Welshpool | Full Time / Part Time (Flexibility offered) | Salary depending on experience The company owns and lets a wide range of commercial, residential and mixed use properties, many managed by third party agents, located throughout Shropshire and Mid Wales Are you the right person for the job? Requires good knowledge of property management administration Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High standard of written and spoken English Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel Ability to prioritise, organise your workload and meet deadlines What will your role look like? Reviewing utility supplier contracts and prices Dealing with internal and external queries of varied nature on all property matters Deal with the administration of a wide range of commercial and residential property portfolios, including dealing with but not limited to : Utilities Council Taxes Recharges and service charge costs Property management agents statements – rental income Maintain and develop property registers Expenditure review and recording Cost allocations to respective properties Accounts and VAT Obtaining maintenance quotations and estimates Other Admin tasks as required What can you expect in return?
