Job Title: Warehouse Operative Location: Bromsgrove Salary: £24,000 Job Type : Permanent, Full Time Working Hours: Monday - Thurs 8.30am - 5pm Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm Bonus scheme based on company performance A stable Monday - Friday schedule with no weekends or bank holiday work. 20 days annual leave plus all bank holidays off. A supportive and friendly work environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch ensuring precision in all orders. Conduct thorough quality control checks, ensuring all products meet the required standards before dispatch. Process incoming stock deliveries, checking for accuracy and condition. Maintain an organised and clean working environment to uphold health and safety standards. Use inventory management systems to update stock levels and process orders efficiently. Assist in stock-taking and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Qualifications and Skills Attention to Detail Quality Control Awareness Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Ability to work efficiently with minimal errors. Willingness to collaborate and support colleagues. Manual handling and lifting may be required.
