The role involves managing the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, working with fresh produce to deliver high-quality and wholesome dishes, creating a warm and efficient environment, working within budget, completing regular audits, managing stock control, and assisting in leading and motivating a team.

Qualifications
* The candidate must hold a City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in helping lead and inspire a team.
* A good understanding of nutrition and experience of working with fresh seasonal food.
* The ability to create a warm and welcoming environment.
* Good understanding of HACCP.
