As an Assistant Branch Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products are in the right place at the right time to drive sales, reduce markdown, and maximise stock performance.
You'll collaborate with merchandising teams, finance, and visual merchandising to maintain effective stock management practices. You will be key in influencing data-driven decisions that help optimise store performance.

Responsibilities
* Review and analyse store performance, making recommendations for improvement.
* Conduct store visits to assess stock levels and provide feedback.
* Support the retail team in ensuring operational excellence, especially around sales launches.
* Administer and optimise the allocation and replenishment system to align with business needs.
* Provide reports for trade meetings and contribute to trading decisions.
* Work cross-functionally to understand customer behaviour and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
* Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience in data extraction and analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel.
* High competency in MS Office, with PowerBI experience being a plus.
* Confidence in presenting insights to senior management and influencing key decisions.
* Experience in branch merchandising and an understanding of stock grading principles.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
* A proactive approach to your own development and a willingness to collaborate across departments.
