The Derby College Group is seeking a highly skilled Lecturer of Land based to join our team at Broomfield Hall campus. As a key member of the faculty, you will be responsible for delivering our Access to Higher Education Animal Science Diploma and assisting agriculture apprentices in their portfolio building through the national IfATE standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to ensure students achieve their full potential.
* Assist agriculture apprentices in their portfolio building through the national IfATE standards.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum materials.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience in teaching and training, preferably in a land-based context.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
