This is an exciting new role to lead the Brett Aggregate commercial strategy in these key markets for our business. The role will cover our sales activities across S&G, Landfill and Recycling sites. The role will report into the Sales Director and will be commercially P&L responsible in these markets. The right candidate will find a culture where they can affect key business change and drive forward new ideas that shape our customer offering. Our mission is to be customers aggregate supplier of choice and provide solutions. About Your Role The ability to drive forward new ideas and work collaboratively across teams and functions. Create and deliver the correct market strategy for each of the trading areas. Deliver team leadership and create the culture that delivers on our business goals of being a solutions based business. Build key reporting metrics for the area and support with business tasks around forecasting and budgeting results. We're Looking For Previous industry experience with ideally prior senior commercial experience. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with across a wide range of key internal stakeholders. Strong problem solving skills that can resolve that arise and provide solutions to our customers. Ability to think outside of the box and push new ideas and business change. Be able to interpret data and use it to make strategic decisions.
