Main duties of the job The post holder will act as a point of contact for all administrative issues relating to patients' pathway of care. The post holder will be responsible for the daily administration of the PaediatricDepartment follow up phone line. The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and will provide support to the Patient Pathway Co-ordinators (PPC) and Patient Pathway Lead (PPL) in the proactive management of the patient pathway from referral to discharge, ensuring the entire pathway is managed smoothly. The post holder will ensure high levels of patient and clinician satisfaction by being an accessible, customer focussed and knowledgeable point of contact.
