Description
Purchase Ledger Clerk responsibilities include:
Input Purchase Ledger invoices into accounting system
Ensuring invoices are marked as held where not approved on receipt.
Involvement in weekly payment runs
Supplier statement reconciliations
Maintain the Accounts Payable mailbox
Ad hoc tasks as required.Profile
The candidate will have:
Experience working within Purchase Ledger function - Required
Experience processing high volume purchase invoices - Required
Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy - Required
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - RequiredJob Offer
