Coordinate resources across departments, monitor the overall project progress, address key issues and risks, and ensure proper management. Collect and organize milestone events, key project phases, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee the delivery follow-up of vehicles to overseas terminals. Communicate with overseas market customers, support sales efforts to expand the market, and participate in market demand research. Perform other tasks as assigned by the leadership. Ideal candidate profile: Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in project management processes and tools; familiar with the commercial vehicle industry, product knowledge, marketing strategies, and financial management; excellent project management, business negotiation, cross-department communication and coordination, market analysis, and decision-making abilities; strong leadership skills, results-oriented, and capable of handling high-pressure situations. Education and Qualification: Bachelor's degree or Project Management related qualification. Language Requirements: Fluent in English and Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Work Experience: At least 3 years of project management experience.
