Day-to-day of the role: Source high-calibre candidates to meet client requirements for current and potential new vacancies. Utilise various sourcing strategies and tools to attract top talent. Work closely with team members and senior management to understand client needs and deliver effective staffing solutions. Receive a bonus for each candidate you successfully place, fostering a rewarding and motivating work environment. Participate in a structured induction program at the Reed Business School located in the scenic Cotswolds. Required Skills & Qualifications: Currently studying full-time at a UK-based university. Must have permission to work in the UK at the start of employment (Note: Visa sponsorship is not available). Target-driven, resilient, and ambitious with excellent communication skills.
