This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of wholesale strategy, build strong stockist relationships, and deliver memorable events that showcase the brand. What You’ll Be Doing Wholesale Management: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement a scalable wholesale strategy. Drive growth by securing new wholesale partnerships across the UK. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing stockists, presenting new collections and ensuring the brand is well-represented in-store. Use data-driven insights to influence stock planning and buying decisions. Create tailored promotional plans and merchandising solutions, especially during product launches. Oversee point-of-sale (POS) materials, ensuring effective use across wholesale networks. Event Management: Plan, organize, and attend customer shows and events across the UK (approximately 10 per year). Manage all logistics, from booking stand space to stock allocation, staff schedules, haulage, and on-site operations. Ensure the brand is professionally and creatively presented through visually striking event displays. Build relationships with event organizers to secure future opportunities. Gather and share customer feedback and insights with the wider team to shape future planning. About You We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in retail, wholesale, or events, with a proven track record of success. A confident communicator who thrives on building strong relationships with customers and stockists. Creative and detail-oriented, with a flair for merchandising and event presentation. Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to manage high-priority tasks effectively. Adaptable and collaborative, with a positive, can-do attitude and a sense of humour. Happy to travel during the week visiting stockists and work occasional weekends for events (time in lieu provided). A valid UK driving license and confident driver. What’s In It for You?
