Our client an established manufacturer is going through a period of new growth and now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Generator to help with their future plans.

Duties include:
•Initiate outbound communication with potential leads through various channels.
•Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads within target industries and markets.
•Utilise various tools and platforms to gather information about companies and decision-makers.
•Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes.
•Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, ensuring regular follow-ups and updates.
•Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs and challenges.
•Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions on the CRM system.
•Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
•Provide valuable insights into market trends and customer preferences to optimise lead generation strategies.
As a Lead Generator we are expecting candidates to enjoy telephone and email interaction with prospective and existing clients from their database. The role would suit a Customer Service Executive, Telesales Assistant or Sales Administrator who is self-motivated and articulate. Some SAP knowledge would be helpful but not essential, though familiarity with CRM tools is needed.
Clear confident written and oral communication skills are a must for this role.
