Your Role in Building Brighter Futures
As a Catering Manager at Sir Bernard Lovell Academy, you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura’s mission statement of “Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish”. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about living our values and making a positive impact on all the young people in our Trust.
As a Catering Manager, you will support the development and growth of Zest; the in-house catering and hospitality service within Futura Learning Partnership School, based at Bitton, Bristol.
What You’ll Bring to Futura
We are looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant who:
* Can ensure a comprehensive and professional food and beverage operation, preparing fresh food and the selling of hot and cold beverages.
* Can ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are adhered too and maintained. Demonstrates a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our school community.
* Will be able to effectively deliver a quality product, to pre plan and support a variety of catering requirements for the customers at both schools.
* Holds a catering qualification and food hygiene certificate. Knowledge of COSHH would be advantageous however training will be provided.
