We’re partnering with a well-established logistics provider based in Uxbridge, who are now seeking a confident and proactive individual with at least two years’ solid air export experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives under pressure, values customer satisfaction, and is looking to further their career in a stable and supportive team.
Experience with CargoWise is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling the full end-to-end air export process
2. Raising airway bills and completing customs entries
3. Managing customer and supplier communications
4. Ensuring accurate and timely quotes and invoicing
5. Completing reports in line with customer SOPs and deadlines
6. Working with CargoWise to track and process shipments
7. Monitoring strict KPIs and ensuring full compliance with industry standards
8. Maintaining excellent client relationships and providing outstanding service
About You:
1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in air export operations
2. Strong working knowledge of customs clearance processes and tariffs
3. Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
4. Highly organised and detail-orientated
5. Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
6. Previous experience using CargoWise is a big plus
7. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
8. Enthusiastic team player who is happy to roll up their sleeves
