Summary of the role
As an experienced Account Director, you will strategically develop and sustain mutually beneficial partnerships with IMA's global clients, specifically working on accounts across financial services and FMCG. This role will involve managing high-performing account teams across departments, directing overall profitability, and ensuring client satisfaction. Through impactful leadership and strategic client partnering, you will drive the growth of client accounts, agency success, and ensure fantastic client experience.
Some responsibilities of the Account Director role will include:
1. Act as an inspiring and strategic account leader for global accounts, delivering best-in-class integrated campaigns.
2. Establish and foster senior-level relationships with all clients and partners, adeptly navigating corporate structures to strengthen partnerships.
3. Develop and execute account growth plans, identifying and leveraging new business opportunities to maximize client success.
4. Direct, manage, and develop high-performing teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and support for client deliverables.
5. Produce compelling strategic proposals and presentations that drive client engagement and inspire partnership expansion.
Please be aware this role will require weekly travel to our Leeds office due to client requirements.
