We have 2 xCulture & OD Assistant roles available : One role aligned to our EDI workstream, supporting EDI activities. One role aligned to our OD workstream, supporting OD initiatives. The Culture & OD Assistants will provide quality assistance and administrative services to the team, supporting the day to day running of all aspects of the work of the team. This includes a requirement to occasionally travel to Portland House, Trust HQ, and other sites for team meetings and to support in-person events when needed. The role will provide a thoughtful, respectful and person-centred service, embedding equality, diversity and inclusion principles into day to day working, and building and maintaining effective working relationships. Main duties of the job The Culture & OD Assistant will provide a full assistant and administrative support service to the Culture & OD team, including acting as a first point of contact for staff via all of the Culture & OD team's shared inboxes (including Leadership, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, OD and the Centralised Reasonable Adjustments Fund), organising / booking meetings, purchasing items through the Trust's purchasing system, and maintaining accurate records. The post holder will respond to queries appropriate to their job role and refer more complex queries to their Culture & OD team colleagues as appropriate.
