We’re looking for a Head of Residential to join our team at Grange to lead, mentor and develop a team of Property Managers and coordinators and to ensure the highest level of service is delivered to our customers and clients.
With a proven track record in private residential housing management and demonstrable financial management and budgetary control ability, you’ll adopt a proactive and strategic approach to management of our residential portfolio. You will ensure your department delivers excellent customer service, compliance and value for money.
Your team will be responsible for delivering services which represent value for money, that repairs are carried out to a high standard and that all Property Management related matters are dealt with in a professional and proactive manner. Your team will support our customers and clients with our insurance claim, permissions and alterations process, ensuring that legislative obligations are met.
As an experienced people manager and inspirational leader, you’ll lead and nurture your team to ensure that our high standards of performance are maintained with a commitment to a customer-focussed service delivery. Embracing our values and our brand to internal and external stakeholders, you’ll create a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and excellence within the residential team and be a source of positive influence across the business.
Using your excellent communication skills, your ability to confidently negotiate and your experience of working in partnerships, you’ll provide expertise in Property Management to support new business, assist in preparing tender documents, setting budgets and mobilising developments.
Working with the leadership team, you will be responsible for cascading key updates and innovative ideas across the business. You will provide the leadership team with business reports and be able to adopt and deliver a strategic approach to complex issues.
If you have experience of planning, monitoring and organising resources to increase efficiency and ensuring most economically advantageous outcomes for the organisation through effective liaison with staff, residents, service providers, contractors and consultants, then we want to hear from you!
