Key Responsibilities:
10. Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure financial processes comply with relevant regulations.
11. Administration: Oversee administrative functions including HR, payroll, and compliance with statutory requirements.
12. Facilities Management: Ensure the maintenance and safety of school facilities, including liaising with contractors and managing property-related issues.
13. Procurement: Manage purchasing processes and ensure value for money in procurement activities.
14. Strategic Support: Assist in the development and implementation of the school's strategic plans and initiatives.
15. Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
Preferred Skills:
16. Strong understanding of financial regulations and budgeting.
17. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
18. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
19. Proficiency in using financial and administrative software.
20. Relevant qualifications in business management, finance, or a related field are desirable.
Requirements:
21. An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this).
22. Legal right to work in the UK.
23. Comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of education/employment history with any breaks explained.
