You’ll be responsible for:

2. Applying empathy and attention to detail to ensure claims are handled efficiently and fairly.
3. Collaborating with internal teams.
Candidates should have:
1. Experience in customer service, ideally within insurance.
2. Confidence in communicating with customers.
3. The ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple claims simultaneously.
4. A passion for supporting people through sometimes stressful situations.
