Our client, a well-established medical organisation based in the Birchwood area, is looking for an Office Manager / Credit Controller and Data Analytics to join the team on a Temporary basis for 3 months.
Location: Birchwood
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 DOE
Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday
Duration: 3 Month FTC
Office Manager Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office
2. Using a range of software, including email, spreadsheets, and databases
3. Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management
4. Recording office expenditure and managing the budget
5. Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
Accounts Assistant / Credit Controller Responsibilities:
1. Using SAP
2. Preparing financial statements, showing business income and expenditure
3. Raising salary ledger
4. Chasing overdue invoices
5. Building and maintaining client relationships
6. Processing payments, invoices, income, and receipts and entering data into accounting software
7. Managing expenses
8. Month-end accounts
9. Processing VAT returns
10. General ADHOC admin/office duties
11. Assisting with monthly/quarterly reporting
Business Analytics Responsibilities:
1. Building a master file taking various sources of sales data and creating a report that can help management understand insights from the data analysis
2. Helping with building reports to assist management in creating a new sales commission plan for the external sales team
3. Creating a calculation tool to help management assess the margin generated to the company from sales opportunities as they present themselves
