Your Role We are seeking an exceptionally talented and passionate Senior Graphic Designer to join our team of design thinkers and doers who specialise crafting stories and create experiences in the context of the built environment. You will join a multi-disciplinary agency that includes graphic designers, strategists, retail designers, architects, master planners and interior designers. Alongside the Design Director and Practice Area lead, you will have a key role in growing the Graphics and Branding business. You will have stellar conceptual and hands-on design experience and show a portfolio of work that is creative & compelling. Everything you do is driven by strategic thinking and communicated though storytelling influencing the design outcome. Your work should be story driven with clear strategic thinking in place through brand creation, wayfinding and with a strong steer towards environmental design. Please note, this role is not remote. What You Will Do Create powerful narratives and storytelling driven by strategic thinking Design branded environments with a passion and key skillset for environmental graphics Lead own projects within a wider team, ensuring client’s needs are met on time and within budget Assist the Design Director and Practice Area lead in winning work, create key pitches, and building client relationships Interface with multiple internal design practices including Interior Design, Architecture, Consulting and Master Planning Have great personable skills that aid strong client relationships Your Qualifications Bachelor’s or higher degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or similar 5 years previous work experience in a creative agency Excellent presentation and conceptual skills and the ability to articulate design rationale to internal teams and clients Working knowledge of production, implementation, and supplier coordination Comprehend projects at a high level and be solution orientated Experience in effectively managing time and project schedules Proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Knowledge of in Digital tools such as After-Effects.
