As the HR Officer at Grace College, you will play a key role in supporting the school and senior leadership team to ensure that good working practices and positive staff relations support our mission to provide a Christian-ethos school of character for the whole community.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide high-quality HR operational support to the school across the range of HR disciplines, and you will be the first port of call for such issues as:
* Straightforward policy advice/information, including less complex casework
* Absence management and staff welfare
* HR administration and file maintenance
* Employment contract administration
* Day-to-day communication with payroll so people are paid correctly
* Recruitment administration and support
You will also have access to professional support and guidance from your Line Manager and the HR Director.
