As a Sales Manager, you'll manage, coach and develop a phone based new business team to ensure monthly targets are achieved and exceeded. You'll develop a thorough understanding of the product proposition and the market and need it fulfils.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a team of Business Development Executives - developing skills via training and coaching, managing performance and conducting regular reviews, monitor and reporting KPIs.
Accountable for achieving the new business sales revenue - ensuring achievement of volume KPIs in line with budget and targets, adopting sales methodology to support this. Also working with marketing and the wider business to drive initiatives to improve lead generation.
Managing team and performance data - analysing data held in Microsoft Dynamics with the aim to identify trends, improve forecasting and measure team performance, providing in month forecasting for new business and future forecast insight.
