What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidates will:
• Be an excellent classroom practitioner with evidence of improving outcomes particularly for those pupils are most vulnerable
• Applicants must be an excellent classroom practitioner with a minimum of three years teaching experience in the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Have experience and a secure knowledge of the National Curriculum and Pedagogy
• Have evidence of the effective use of assessment and analysis in raising standards
• To assist the Principal and SLT in establishing and developing the EYFS as a high achieving Phase through providing the highest standard of teaching and learning for all pupils of all abilities and educational need.
• Support the Principal in delivering the trust priorities as outlined in the Trusts Strategic Plan
