Job Description:
As part of the Growing strategy of UPS, we are reinforcing our dedicated sales team for the Lab business in Europe.
The National Account Executive develops and maintains customer relationships for his/her book of business.
In this role, you would be the entry-portal for your customers into the UPS Healthcare world for all services we could potentially offer for the Lab companies. These include – but are not limited to – Small Package, Freight Forwarding, Warehousing and Distribution, Cold Chain Ground, etc.
You will liaise with the internal specialists for these services to craft differentiating and compelling solutions and value-propositions.
You will support your customers to ensure committed service-offerings are delivered and would work alongside them to identify and materialize on new opportunities that will grow UPS share of wallet.
You will be working in a team with the Enterprise Account Managers to establish and execute on strategies and would conduct regular Business Review meetings with your customers.

Job Duties:
* Identifies new opportunities to grow revenue and fulfill customer needs.
* Executes to deliver on Revenue Plan.
* Maintains a thorough understanding of the full suite of UPS Healthcare service, solutions, and technology offerings and builds acumen to translate that to customer value.
* Gathers detailed customer requirements to define UPS products and services for the best solutions and crafts Quantified Value Proposals to emphasize the value UPS Healthcare could bring.
* Partners with Operations and Customer Solutions to evaluate proposed solutions, monitor initial customer activity and modify processes ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Stays abreast of customer strategies, financials, product launches and pipeline developments.
* Develops and expands relationships within existing customer base to understand differentiating needs across different stakeholders.
* Monitors customer revenue commitments to manage target accounts and sales funnel expectations.
* Participates in joint customer calls to position UPS products and services.
* Provides customers with updates to position new products and service offerings and uncover new sales opportunities.
* Develops cadence for regular customer reviews and works with Proposal Factory to craft valuable content for best in class presentations.
* Regularly reviews key performance indicators (KPIs) to understand overall service performance.
