Responsibilities:
1. Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances.
2. On-boarding and documentation for new joiners, hand holding and coordination with Head Office.
3. Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other HR and Admin related documents/Registers.
4. Work on Leaves & Attendance, Payroll (PF, ESI, Arrears, Deductions) and handling employee queries.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
