Hire Tech is recruiting on behalf of a leading company for a results-driven SEO Lead with a passion for digital growth and a proven track record in successful SEO campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of SEO strategy, manage a growing team, and drive revenue through organic search.
As an SEO Lead, you will lead and execute SEO strategy, increasing enquiries and revenue through data-driven approaches. Managing a team of SEO and Digital PR executives, you will play a pivotal role in the company’s growth by implementing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
You will:
* Develop, implement, and optimise SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and drive revenue growth.
* Monitor website performance, keyword rankings, and lead generation activities to identify optimisation opportunities.
* Lead and mentor a team of SEO and content specialists, conducting monthly catchups and quarterly reviews.
* Work closely with Content, PR, Web Development, and Paid Search teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital efforts.
* Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging SEO opportunities.
* Present SEO performance insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
* Recruit and develop a high-performing SEO team, scaling from 8 to 16 members.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven SEO success: Demonstrable experience in driving SEO performance and taking websites from A to B.
* Leadership skills: At least 1 year of experience managing an SEO team, with a focus on team welfare and development.
* Technical expertise: Proficiency in GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, and link-building strategies.
* Strong analytical skills: Ability to interpret SEO data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Excellent communication: Capable of working with stakeholders across departments and presenting SEO findings effectively.
