This is a full time role Monday-Friday, 8:15 - 4pm. Key Responsibilities for a Teaching Assistant: Continuously reflect on and improve your practice as a Teaching Assistant Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND Work collaboratively, contributing positively to the school team As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons Observe and assess children's progress, offering valuable feedback to teachers and parents Offer constructive feedback to pupils on their progress and achievements For this role, you will have: Previous experience working within a primary school as a Teaching Assistant Experience working with children, with a reference to support it An enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one The ability to commute to Hounslow or live locally Pay Rate : £85 - £95 per day (PAYE), depending on experience.
