If you're a seasoned Payroll Manager, with a passion for leadership, this could be the role for you Day-to-day of the role: Manage the performance of a team of 6 payroll coordinators. Oversee the operational aspects of payroll processing for both UK and international payrolls. Inspire staff to excel in their roles by encouraging creativity and identifying opportunities to enhance service and process efficiencies. Ensure compliance with UK payroll regulations and effectively manage the complexities of international payroll. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience managing a UK payroll within a professional services environment. Expert knowledge of UK payroll regulations and a strong ability to handle international payroll complexities. Experience with payroll management systems, preferably Workday. Strong leadership skills with a track record of improving team performance and processes.
