The Support Advisor will provide customer support to internal and external customers, progressing timely and effective resolution of Customer incidents and queries. Working effectively with the Support Centre Team Leaders and Manager, you ensure any incidents are routed to the relevant teams.
Your key responsibilities
* Provide quality support to internal & external customers
* Offer assistance on both usage and troubleshooting of Open G I Limited product range and services
* Understand and follow the standards and procedures used within the team
* Accurate administration of internal computer system
* Maintain the level of calls defined by team objectives
* Escalate calls according to procedures
* Investigate and resolve issues in a controlled and timely manner, using remote diagnostic tools when necessary
Qualifications
* Educated to GCSE/CSE level with passes in Maths & English
Experience
* 1-2 years of previous experience within a customer service/support environment.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft products, including office and Windows 10
* Knowledge of Open GI Limited product range and services (advantage)
* Knowledge of the Insurance Industry and or Brokerage (advantage)
