We are seeking a motivated, friendly and dedicated business administrator with excellent inter-personal skills. This role provides comprehensive and efficient direct services to people who access Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy services and teams within Mountainhall and across the region in community and primary care locations. The role supports the wider AHP Pathway which includes Podiatry and Dietetics.
Applicants will be able to demonstrate:
1. Excellent organisational and people skills, a high standard of interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills as well as attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office packages, Teams and NHS systems including TOPAS, SSTS, PECOS, eEss
3. The ability to work on own initiative, balanced with being a supportive and collaborative team member.
