Job Title: SEN / SEND Tutor for Young People with Special Education Needs and Disabilities
We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN / SEND tutor to provide high-quality education support to young people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities, Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties, or other Additional Educational Needs in Oxfordshire.

Your Role:
You will work as a 1:1 tutor with children and young people with a variety of learning needs, using a creative, flexible, holistic, and trauma-informed approach to raise their engagement and improve their educational journey.

Requirements:
* Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status / QTS / QTLS)
* Minimum 2 years teaching experience
* Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and / or other Additional Educational Needs
* Enhanced DBS (we can help obtain this at cost if needed)
* Ability to work in a way that promotes the health, safety and wellbeing of children and young people and follow safeguarding policies and procedures at all times
Employment Status:
You will work through a contract for service and will be paid via PAYE. This is not a self-employed tutoring / self-employed teaching position.
