As a Principal Information Analyst at Arden & GEM CSU, you will play a key role in shaping and driving data-driven decision-making to support Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB). • You will proactively assess and expand upon initial requirements, taking a leadership and user role in the development and delivery of insightful, high-quality analytical reports for Lincolnshire ICB. Your work will drive evidence-based decision-making, contributing to worthwhile improvements within the Lincolnshire Health Care System.
• Manage and analyse large, complex datasets to provide actionable insights for strategic and operational planning.
• Possess a strong understanding of various analytical reporting technologies, with a minimum proficiency in T-SQL. Experience with R, Python, Power BI, and Tableau would be considered advantageous.
• Provide expert advice on data quality, reporting methodologies and population health management approaches to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Design and implement performance management frameworks to monitor and improve service delivery.
• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including clinical, operational and policy experts to identify key trends and areas for improvement.
• Champion data-driven transformation, ensuring the use of innovative analytics and technologies to address key healthcare challenges within Lincolnshire
• Can turn complex data analyses into clear & compelling messages and the ability to present those with visualisations to communicate complex messages to various stakeholders.
• The position is primarily remote, offering the flexibility to work from home; however, occasional travel for in-person meetings may be required.
