Job Description
* Overseeing the daily operations of the property.
* Managing all aspects of the reception area, including customer service and administration.
* Communicating effectively with tenants, contractors, and team members.
* Ensuring the building is well-maintained and all facilities are operational.
* Resolving any issues or complaints from tenants in a timely and professional manner.
* Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
* Coordinating building maintenance and repairs.
* Conducting regular property inspections.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Reception/Building Manager should have:
* A strong background in property management or a similar role.
* Excellent customer service and complaint handling.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* A knack for multitasking and prioritising tasks effectively.
