Kirklees Council are advertising this role on behalf of Enhance Academy Trust.
START DATE: As soon as possible
Enhance Academy Trust is a growing Church of England MAT based in Wakefield and Kirklees. We currently have thirteen Primary academies and a Post 16 Creative and Performing Arts free school within the Trust and will grow to sixteen primary academies in September.
This newly created role will join our Central Team, working with the Trust Estates Manager to provide essential administrative, operational, and compliance support for the Trust’s Estates team, with responsibility for managing a range of estates, facilities, and health & safety functions.

Personal Qualities and Experience Required:
1. Ability to communicate and engage with people both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise way to senior staff within the schools and Central Team.
2. Experience in a Health & Safety or Facilities Management role is preferable, but not essential.
3. Experience of working within a school setting would be an advantage.
4. ITT literate with a working ability to use key IT software to present work to a high standard.
5. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office/Word/Excel/Access/PowerPoint.
The role will involve some travel to the schools within the Trust, so you must be willing to travel.
We need a committed team player with excellent organisational skills - with the ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities.
