You will be responsible for the daily management of client bank accounts while also supporting the busy and expanding Tax Client Portfolio.
This is a full time permanent position, paying a competitive salary of £24,000 with hybrid working offered after probation!
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile client accounts, accurately allocating self-assessment receipts and calculating disbursements
Prepare and provide invoicing data to our outsourcing partners
Process daily and weekly payments for Self-Assessment rebates
Generate and manage Self-Assessment invoices efficiently
Oversee credit control collections across all company products and coordinate closely with the underwriting team
Maintain timely and effective communication with clients via phone and email, promptly resolving any issues or queries
Develop and sustain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, suppliers, and third parties
Adhere strictly to departmental processes and procedures, ensuring full compliance
Proactively identify and suggest improvements to processes and procedures to enhance standards, efficiency, and profitability
