Hourly Rate: £11.44 Location: Stoneleigh park Job Type: Temporary A dedicated Admin Support officer is sought to join a dynamic team on a temporary basis. This role is essential in supporting office functions, with a focus on managing outgoing mail and ensuring efficient document handling. Day-to-day of the role: Supports various office functions to ensure smooth operations within the department. Handles the franking and filing of letters for outgoing mail efficiently. Organises and maintains files and records, ensuring they are updated and in proper order. Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Supports other administrative tasks as needed to contribute to the team’s efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative support role. Familiarity with office equipment, including franking machines. Strong organisational and planning skills. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
